compare invoicing websites

Hi, I require someone to compare and document how to use the invoicing website/applications (pick 3/4 links to compare -- one of them must be tradeshift). Examples of online invoicing systems: [login to view URL] KashFlow Tradeshift [login to view URL] [login to view URL] or others you may have used which are better. I would like a storyboard of how the application/websites work ??" (both admin and front end) you must provide screenshots illustrating how to use the system pointing out advanced features. What I want is how the website or application works, and most importantly what are the best features and what you do not like. At the end of the document I would like you to tell me what you like in an invoicing system, possibly show me illustrated screens showing what you believe must in an invoicing site. Please also indicate what fields should be recorded in a system and what features are key. Someone who has experience within the finance sector would be advantageous. So basically I would like an *Introduction *Advantages *What can be improved? *Screen shots of how to use the system. I also have a similar exercise for a receivable system.
