For seven years I worked at White Sands Missile Range and "imposed" the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers - International Organization for Standardization 12207, the Software Lifecycle standard, as well as the and the Capability Maturity Model-Integrated (CMM-I) of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), and the Rational Unified Process (RUP). I am quite new to Freelancer, and I know that your RFP closes in just hours, so, I wanted to get this quick sketch out to you so you can consider me.
