Consultancy on my drupal site (what should i do to raise traffic after it dropped after upgrading from drupal 6 to 7)

Hi All; I need a consulting expert in traffic drop down after upgrade. I upgraded from drupal 6.x to 7.22 and the traffic dropped down around 85% what i did that i setted up the new website in a new folder in the same server to see how it function [login to view URL] (but it's deleted now) so the server was with two websites with same content [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The traffic for the website dropped down and I dont know why, and what i written above is only my assumption to the problem and the problem might be different. I know it might be also because of penguin 2.0 update but the [login to view URL] is 2 years old so it shouldn't be affected with google updates. I wrote what i know, please tell me what will be your technique in the PM to increase traffic again....NO BLACK HAT TECHNIQUES as all what I use is white ones Thanks for reading and PLEASE DONT SEND IF YOU DIDNT FULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURE
