C# Application Ammendment.

we have an application which is running on C# and SQL Server 2005 and LINQ. The application is a multilayer game like "Who want's to be a millionaire" There is only 1 function that we need to implement in this application : The start button that will be available on the host interface that will trigger the game on all player PC's in the same second.
