ASP.net and Payment Code Programming

I am in need of a programmer with knowledge of ASP.net , C# and SQL. I currently have a programmer who has been working on my project for over 2 years. Due to time constraints I am in need of an additional programmer. The project requires to create 4 ASP.net pages and integrate **payment method** (paypal) into one of the pages. ## Deliverables Basis of the project: My current website is [[login to view URL]][1]. This is a software solution designed to help students study better. I need four interfaces designed in ASP.net that will interact with the current SQL database. The interfaces are as follows: 1. Administrator Account 2. Counselor Account Page 3. Parent Account Page 4. Registration and Payment code Pages All necessary requirements are in the attachment I will provide a dll from my code and a copy of the database. Once the code is delivered, my programmer will test it and only after testing the project will be considered complete. NOTE: PLEASE READ Skype voice meeting is a must.
