Convert vbulletin db from windows-1256 to utf8

Hi, I am DB developer with DB admin experience. I propose to work with you to convert your DB character set. Kindly note time needed for conversion depends on the size of DB. Considering a DB size of 1GB, I believe conversion may get over in 3 days. Scope: 1. Conversion of DB to utf8 2. Checking the application for any issues. (client side may need changes for character set)
