Demographic Targeted Online marketing

I am opening a new online e-commerce targeting the "Lebanese" community all over the world. I am looking for assistance to market my business among these communities that are spread outside (and off course inside) Lebanon. I made already my research and I know the online "classical" targeted sites for these comminuties (online newspapers, google targeted PPC...etc), but I am looking for something else such as targeted Social networks (facebook, myspace...etc), targeted email marketing, targeted forums and blogs...etc. I am open as well to any related suggestion.
