I would like to hire a Salesman

We offer Pay Per Call marketing services to local businesses in the US. That means that we develop marketing campaigns for local businesses like painters and plumbers, without charging them any upfront costs and then charge them for every call that our campaigns generate for them. We're looking for someone to generate sales for us on a commission basis, as we expand into new cities. Your job will be to deliver fully sold customers, handling the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. One of the things that makes selling these types of services a lot easier than traditional marketing services is that there is no risk to the prospect. They don't have to pay something in exchange for the mere promise of results. Instead, they only pay after they have received qualified leads for their business. Not every call we generate for the partner results in a sale. So a big part of your job is identifying the companies who "know their numbers", e.g. lifetime customer value, average close rate, etc. Those are the business owners that are most comfortable with our model of paying per calls because they will know what their ROI is as soon as they hear what we will be charging per call.
