Build an eReader APP Android/iPad compatible

I want an eReader APP(Android/iPad compatible) to highlight text/images and save the document containing what highlighted. In particular it must be: - resident in memory and actionable through a toolbox (with features similar to iAnnotate PDF for iPad), - highlight text/images opened by other applications(browsers too) and save in several files extension (PDF, DOC, etc), - brows the tablet to search/open/save more files types (not just PDF/ePub), - be able to save what in Cloud providers like Dropbox. - very easy/simple to use, - in full compliance with Google plays/Apple policy
