College ACB Auto Poster

I need an autoposter application that will post to collegeacb.com. I must be able to type in a post title and a post body, and then the poster should take care of the posting process. The only input necessary from a user after the posting process begins is the captcha solving, and the poster should continuously pick a new college and repeat the process until complete. This program/utility should run on Windows7.
