Create a recipe app

Client has a video website that shows how to make various meals and dishes, and we wondered if we can get an app as well that allows the user to watch get the recipe so its easy to do the shop and then to follow the video for how to cook it. App would need to be searchable database, and update as the website updates. Website is in moviepress, a theme running on wordpress, with no conflicts. This is our first venture into writing and publishing apps, websites yes 13 years of that! so we need to see examples of your work, timeline ideas (how long it will take you, and if you have something made already that will work then we would prefer to use that, a templated, tested system. Its to be a mobile phone app to work on iphone, android and blackberry and windows mobile, we are providing some graphics and the colour scheme to match the website, and also the videos and recipes, in whatever formats you want (MP4, WMP, Real, FLA, and recipes in word, .CSV, HTML, etc)
