C# Windows Application Scraping

Hello, I need a C# library that reads all the chat text in a known Poker application (contact me for more details) table window and also the players names. There should be a function that takes the window's handle as parameter, and gets the entire content of the chat box (not only the visible text), and the names of the players that are in the hand. This function should work even if the window is minimized, and OCR method cannot be used. Please bid only if you already have the code for this, or if you can do it in 24 hours maximum. Thanks
