Asset management System widows application

Pls dont award before discussing According to your requirement you want to built a Asset Management System as an alternative to "manual" tracking of assets and which will work with the customers end's application. The application will be able to run individually and if required the application will synchronize the data from the client application. Now, the thing is that we have to first decide that which section will make it customized. I mean if you want to synchronize the application with client then we will develop a service and your customer will use to the service to integrate our developed Asset Management System into their application. If you want to modify the above solution then please specify that how you want to synchronize the client application database with your application? Is this a single customer and the customer will serve us their application database to synchronize the application with this? Each and every organization used a Practices for their asset management so this will be better if you will specify that how you want to manage this. In the application there is some functionality like Location, Resource, Vendors, Contracts, Maintenance Management which I am assuming that will come from the client existed application database. Please Specify Application will be able to generate the work-order and generate the report. So, is this will be synchronize with the customer database?
