Database hacker needed urgently

Hi, I am looking for a good hacker with a success tracking of getting into a database that can be accessed online through a website. It's an alumni network and I'd like to see if we can access members of a website and potentially add a member in their database. for bidding in tyhe project, I will disclose information, and then you will make specific recommendation of how you wold do it.
