We are looking to develop a software for our database of clients. It will be divided into the following features: 1. Secure Log-in 2. Search Client by Name, or by Number 3. Enter Client Information 4. Client Progress Chart -Station 1: Intake -Station 2: Lien Filing Date -Station 3: C&R Date -Station 4: DOR Filing Date -Station 5: Lien Conference Date -Station 6: Lien Trial Date -Station 7: Lien Settlement Amount -Special Remarks 5. Print Documents Re: Client -Print Document One (Populated automatically from Client Information onto template) -Print Document Two (Populated automatically from Client Information onto template) 6. Software must be compatible to be uploaded onto the internet in the future. 7. Contractor must be available for future modifications and edits. (Extra Pay) CONTRACTORS: We will be hiring based on the following criteria: Your Design, Your Bid, and Your Expected Time of Delivery. Please inquire now. The final product will include a setup package with both a service and client application. You will be allowed to select which portions of the app you wish to install. You will be required to choose the server that you wish to utilize, so at least one machine must "HOST" the app. This way, you will be able to allow multiple users from multiple computers. Login will be NT Authentication. Client will be .NET 4.0 for Windows. Revoke bid and request Java bid for alternative, and I will post for $750 and identical timeframe.
