Disassemble executable client, disable a popup window

I have a poker site client that allows opening a maximum of 4 tables without being logged in, I need it modified so it will open unlimited tables without being logged in. This is 100% possible as I have had it done in the past. Probable finding out where to change a jle into je or something like this. What I will need will be both the original and modified executables. Should be pretty easy for someone knowing his way around a disassembler of choice.
