Bayrate is a publicly available tool from the (source code here: AGA [login to view URL]) which allows to calculate new ratings and sigmas for go players after a tournament. I need help getting it to run. I don't really care how you do it, I just need to be able to run it on windows. The tool should accept a list of games, with players, their rankings, and their sigmas, and calculate a new one.
