Convert an access application into a intranet website

Hello, can you describe a little the functionality of the app? I mean, how many forms, tables, steps, it's hard to quote a project with the little information you provided. I can create a php - MySQL app, but would like to have a little more info. Thanks!

I am B.Sc. Computer Engineer(2009) with PEC No. COMP/ 7179 (2010). I started my career as a control and application engineer at LGP LLC(USA Based Company) in (2009). My role was to develop and manage product line of RFID Based applications. Here I earned good name as a device driver developer for designing RFID card Communication Model. I worked at LGP for 8 months. In July 2010 I worked as self employee as a freelancer. Working as a freelancer I was keen to study ERP Products. This interest led me to find my career at Abacus Consulting as a research associate (Jan 2012). As a research associate in Mid Market Enterprise (MME) Abacus I provided support and software development services. After spending about six months as research associate I was promoted as Technical Consultant (Jul 2013). As a Consultant my role was to engage myself to core development in SAP Business One SDK and manage report designing Team at the north region. I got admission in Masters of Computer Engineering (UET Lahore) in the meanwhile. This motivated me to seek a job near university so I can continue my studies with suitable career. Hence I got a Management job in Punjab Education Endowment Fund as a SAP administrator. Here I completed integration tasks of their existing developed product with SAP B1. I am providing support to finance department and IT department for SAP functional and technical aspects. I expect my Masters Degree in September 2015.
