Custom web based application development quote - open to bidding

Hi Stefan, just saw your profile, you sound like a great programmer and somebody I'm looking for. I run several web businesses already, and I'm looking to expand my remote team. I was wondering if you would be able to quote me on a custom web based application development job if you're willing? Basically I would like to have developed a web based SEO tool for sale that incorporates all features found in these competing tools [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] into 1 simple SEO tool for users. Basically there would be 3 dashboards in my application - Site Audits / Keyword Rankings / Keyword Research with the ability to export PDF reports. So it would offer users the ability to audit their pages for SEO/performance metrics, then the ability to track keyword rankings in google and finally to find good keywords to target. So I’m looking to combine the 3 tools mentioned above into one kick-ass SEO tool. The focus would be on a clean simple UI. I would have the website developed, just need the actual application to be developed and kept updated by a qualified programmer such as yourself. Have you had any experience developing web based applications? How long do you think this would take you? Would you be willing to become a long time partner of mine? that can continually update the application with new features. Let me know your thoughts, Jared.
