Delphi XE7 speech project

I need to have an app written in DELPHI XE8 (or could be DELPHI XE/) that can do the following: 1) Speech recognition using Google api 2) TTS using Google api 3) Search on web both on Google and sites like WIKIPEDIA 4) Use the phones capabilities such as dial a number, read SMS, send SMS, read emails and send Emails etc. The output should be to Android, IOS and windows.
