Develop small module using d3.js

Create small charting module in d3,js (happy that this be a simple tweaking publicly available code) 100% stacked horizontal d3 bar chart, 2 variables in each line, 3 to 7 levels per record - to accomodate dataset with variable number of records Scaled SVG/code to allow responsive change to backend entry of SVG chart height/width - and responsive within that, for multiple device viewing. Chart has labelled x and y axes Graph loads records and loops through Option to enter code and display specific record. Input data via .csv data file :(variables for each record: Name, 2 variables totaling 100% for each level, up to 7 levels per record) ; multiple records in .csv file
