create logic and gui for my java automator

Making a gui for this would be quite easy and the repeat until success should be easy as well as long as there is already a way to tell if your script succeeded. I would be most likely using Python Qt to accomplish this task. It shouldn't take me more than two days to work get at least a working product for you.
