Analyze my website implementation

Here is the deal: A freelancer made a website for me, and it is working for some people and not working for others (in fact, not working for most people!) I need someone to analyze how this freelancer has done the website. Tell me if it is good, bad, terrible...etc AND tell me why most users are not even able to open up the login screen, even though the freelancer claims that it works fine for him.
