Create tests in Telerik Test Studio for a website

Hello, I'm currently working as a Test Engineer Advanced in an IT company in Romania. I have over 5 years experience in QA Manual Testing and less than a year in Automation Testing. I'm an ISTQB Foundation certified tester, with basic knowledge of Automation and multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, VB; and a medium knowledge of working with DBs MySQL and MSSQL. Previously, I've worked with Selenium IDE, RC, Bromine Test Management, Jmeter for load and performance testing. Also, I do have basic knowledge of C# and VB .NET. I do not have experience with Telerik Test Studio, but I've watched some demo videos and it looks pretty straight forward. I think I will be able to learn it in less than 5 days. My question is: will you provide the license for Telerik or I should buy a monthly license? Also, do you already have the manual test scenarios written or I should write them? Regarding my bid, I could work more than 10 hours / week, depending of your needs. If you want, we can make a short test or interview on Skype anytime. I will be glad to prove my skills.
