I have a industry experience of 8 years in testing and automation of different software technologies in several areas. Have exposure and hand on experience in Manual Testing, Database testing, GUI testing, Performance testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT and Test Automation. I have worked in Telecom, Insurance(P & C, Life and Health) domains. Have a good hands on exposure to tools like Quality Center, Test Director, JIRA , Bugzilla. With my work experience I have done projects with various models like Waterfall model, Agile methodology , V model. Also have knowledge on Requirement analysis, Test Planning , Test Execution, Bug Findings and Reporting. I have knowledge of SQL and Unix commands as well as an add on . I have written several documents like, feature test plans, verification and validation plans, requirement specifications, user guides, Quality matrix criteria s etc during different project execution. Lastly I am a dedicated, sincere, predictable and a schedule sticking person and looking for part-time assignments

I am not new to Software Testing. I have been testing full time for almost 10 years now and have now decided to do my own thing. I can start testing immediately and I am available to do work. I get work done and I do it well. I do have about 4 different devices to test on and believe in always testing cross browser functionality. I have done a few Freelance Testing Jobs on V-work as well as Freelancer, so I am not new to this and received very good feedback. My approach to testing is to start with the technical or functional specification or Change Request and make sure I understand the requirements. If no requirements exist I would use exploratory testing to document the process. From then, depending on time available, I set up a test script, in other words I plan and document each facet or step that needs testing, if necessary and should there be time for this. I do Manual Functional testing, I check the process flow and make suggestions to improve the end User experience. In addition, I check the user interface for Spelling and Grammar if necessary. Most importantly I test for weaknesses or bugs in the system. You will receive a neat Report documenting Bugs and Steps to replicate the bug, as well as suggestions regarding any gaps or functionality that may not be user friendly. I do Regression testing after all corrections and\or changes have been applied.
