Civil Works - SolidWorks Model Generation.

We are looking for solid model generation in SolidWorks 2011 for a number of civil and architectural features commonly found in industry. Components include some pre-cast concrete items such as Silt Pits, Sumps, Gross Pollutant Traps, Sewer Inspection Pits, Grease Traps, Triple Interceptors and Underground water tanks. Some other concrete works such as typical wash down pads and drive-in sumps also required. Items required will need to be represented in multiple sizes in line with standard stock available. Some assistance can be provided regarding dimensional information, however it would be preferred for this standard data to be researched and sourced as part of the project scope. Solid models must be of the following format; • Be created in SolidWorks 2011. • Dimensionally accurate. • Have the different sizes of each component represented as Configurations. • Contain routing Connection Points where relevant. • Have all Material Properties (where possible) and Appearance selections made and saved against each component. • Be produced to Photo-rendered standard in terms of Appearance. • Be filed with references in a clear and orderly fashion to facilitate ease of integration with the existing Design Library. • Include primary related parts (e.g. gratings and grilles) and preferably have a half filled water level represented for each Configuration. Additional Information; • Concrete components can be modelled without any internal steel reinforcement elements. • Solid models only are required. No technical drawings are required. • Silt Pits. • Sumps. • GPT's. • SIP's. • Grease Traps, • TIT's. • Underground Water Tanks; 5,000L to 30,000L. • Wash down Bays/Pads. • Drive-in Sumps. A high standard of work received is likely to lead to further proposals of this nature.
