Calculate p values

Are you familiar with using statistics in a real world setting to get meaningful results? Have you compared groups to create p values, confidence intervals and can you comment on what tests are best suited? Have you worked with any of the statistics programmes; SPSS, Wizard (or even excel)? We are looking for someone with the ability to analyse data. We want you to determine significance at different points in time. If you are up for the task, get in touch! We require analyses of confidence intervals and p values. The data set is complete and small in size, and analysis should be fairly straight forward. The information is available in an excel file, so access to this is essential. There are two groups measured over 3 points in time (measurement point 0/1/2), and there are 45 measurements that are reported for each time point. We would like comparisons for: - Between groups at measurement point 0, 1 and 2 - Within groups at measurement points 0, 1, and 2. Give your thoughts on what you think the best statistical test should be; Kurskal Wallis, Mann-Whitney, ANOVA - you decide, and also justify your thoughts. In summary, we have a dataset which we have reviewed and would like to see what your thoughts are, and how they corroborate, reflect or refute our findings. This is a blinded analysis, so you will not be given details as to what you are analysing. We will ultimately have several people independently corroborate the data. There will be a bit of back and forth whilst we hear your ideas, so good communication skills are essential. Because of the nature of the work, you'll be working with information which is sensitive (albeit anonymised) so you'll be asked to keep this in confidence by signing to a non-disclosure agreement. The project will take less than a week, as it is fairly straight forward. For those that are interested, please have a look at the attached example file.
