Automate iTunes Connect and Google Play App Submissions

I need a developer/systems engineer with experience in Automating both iTunes Connect(plus xcode) and Google Play (plus eclipse) to publish apps to both stores. I have an app that is repetitive with a few small changes to each app to change the category and services that the app provides. I need to be able to automate the process of getting each new app and updates to these apps onto both stores. I need to be able to do the following: Create new bundle id's for each Create necessary certificates/provisioning profiles for each Generate binary for each Submit to App Store for each Submit for Review For Each Please only reply if you have previous experience automating both iTunes Connect and Google Play. Automating the building of each is less of a concern of mine that the interaction with each store.
