Consulting / Configuration of SonicWall and Windows Server Network for WebServer

Need advice, maybe links to videos or tutorials, and direction on proper setup. I will implement them as directed by freelancer. Currently have Windows Server 2008 R2 and Sonicwall TZ300. I don't think they are configured in the most secure manner. I am migrating the websites from 2008 R2 server to a new Dell R620 server with Windows Server 2016. Need advice on setting up the NIC Cards on the servers so they have the correct IP Addresses and then setting up the Sonicwall firewall to allow them to work properly. I have setup the SSL VPN. Want to be able to then use the VPN to connect to RDP and or iDRAC7 Enterprise to manage the new server. SonicWall TZ300 - Need help to Configure for the 2 servers {2008 R2, 2016} and Dell iDRAC for the Win Server 2016. Best practices for securing server the webservers {2008 R2, 2016} most specifically Internal / External Network configuration Windows Server 2016 - I have setup bitlocker and the iDRAC7 Enterprise but cannot connect to it. I had the iDRAC working on my local network but once I brought it to the Host / Co-Location I cannot connect. Thinking it is the SonicWall not setup properly? I have installed the Dell OpenManagement Console, cannot connect to iDRAC through that. Need some direction with setting up the NIC cards / IP addresses for the LAN and website configuration. Basically should I be adding my external IP addresses to the cards or should they be Internal IP addresses that are NAT forwarded from the Sonicwall?? I haven't setup RDP yet on it but was thinking that this would be fine if I can get it setup on the internal network that I can connect to through SSL VPN / SonicWall NetExtender app which is about the only thing. I have been successful at configuring. Windows Server 2008 - This will be going away soon but any advice on transferring data quickly from this server to the new one will be of value.
