I am American-Canadian and I do all my own work. I am familiar with manufacturing needs in HR, because I created the manuals for PERMS Millennium by Midrange Software, which is a large HR management program. I have written curriculum for several schools, developed the computer curriculum for four school districts in 1992-2, helped create the bridge program for Lingnan University in Hong Kong, designed to help students who did not pass level 5 or level 7 English to be accepted into university. Our program included their regular curriculum, plus extra language, mathematics and basic liberal arts classes. For level 5 students attended a three year program and upon passing were accepted into the third year of regular university studies. Level 7 students only had to pass two years of the bridge program. It gave these students a second chance at university which they did not have previous to 2003. Some mainland China universities are now replicating this program.
My pension does not stretch far enough, so I augment it doing what I love: writing. I write all kinds of contract work, including technical writing, in which I have 20* years of experience. I have also done a great deal of research on adult education, and volunteered my services with PALS (an adult literacy program) in Edmonton for several years. Please see my resume and samples. I do not have any of my curriculum files available as they were on a hard drive that currently needs repair. Since I had not used them they were only backed up on a DVD, which is currently somewhere in a few hundred in a box that I just moved from Alberta. However, I will upload a portion of the PERMS manual.
