Call Center Appointment Generation

I have a UK mortgages and secured loan company which I want you to generate appointments for. What I need done: Ideally you would have your own data base of UK clients that are good candidates for a mortgage or a secured loan ideally in the BS, GL, NP and CF postcodes, if not I can supply a data base. You will need to phone the clients between 2pm and 8pm UK time and make an appointment for me to visit them to find out if I can save them money by reducing the amount they have to pay each month for their mortgage, loans and credit cards. The person phoning should be polite and easily understood and not have a strong accent. I would need to speak to the person myself to decide if they are suitable. Other requirements that providers will need to know: Requirements are to perform thorough testing and tracking of performance. I want someone who will be a true part of the team and will put in the required effort, as if it was your own services you were selling. A weekly report will be required, the format will be provided. Specific expertise that I am seeking: I want someone experienced in appointment generation. Please provide your background information , what clients you have served and years of experience. If you have references that would be great. I need someone with a proven track record for the lowest cost possible. I would like to pay per appointment booked. Timeframe for delivery: Initialy I would like to run a pilot project if this is successful it would develop into an ongoing engagement.
