We are after someone who can convert the ICC cricket rules into a user friendly educational course. The objective is to test the technical knowledge for aspiring & entry level umpires. You may assume a general understanding and knowledge of the game. By that I mean it is not meant for someone who does not know anything about the game of cricket. The course should entail logical sequence of chapters. After each chapter there should be questions that will test on that particular chapter. The questions can be multiple choice questions. It can also be word matching questions. The entire thing should be in MS Word. The reading material should be a little friendlier than simply copying the rules. It can be technical in nature because it is meant to test the knowledge of umpires. Thanks
