A blog, where I poll an audience, beginning with by my posting questions, and getting my audience to respond to a binary “yes” or “no” via button click (not too different from the Facebook “like” button, only I want two buttons, one for “yes” and one for “no”. As part of the blog page, where I post the question, I want a video (WMV format) rolling (repeating after 10 seconds). The yes/no responses are tallied separately, and form two raw numbers, denoting the accumulated totals for “yes” and “no”. The two numbers are also subtracted A-B, and the result, plus or minus logged. If a net plus shows, I want it depicted as a line going up, as it might on a meter (something like what you see when donations for a cause are shown on a meter, analogous to a thermometer). And if negative the result shows as a line going down. So, the meter has a zero at it origin and extends to two poles, plus (up) and minus (down). I may want the “thermometer” to have graduations in the hundreds or thousands, but I do not know the traffic yet. At the end of a period, perhaps a week, I will put up another question, and want the thermometer to reset to zero, to begin anew. I want links to Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc. I may also want an email address, so people can email me. I will provide details as to the color scheme, the name of the site, once I choose a web builder. You will have to sign an NDA, and I need the site within about 2 weeks.
