I have an existing flag image and PSD of an infographic that I'd like to make into a motion infographic using Adobe After Effects or some similar software. I'd like the video length to be 2-3 minutes. Some additional graphics may have to be created to make the video flow properly. I am open to suggestions as the project moves along. I'd like the final video file to be optimized for the web in resolution and file size. Thanks!
