Create Video Demonstration of Joomla Component

I require a video (using something like Camtasia) creating to promote our new Restaurant Menu Management System for Joomla. It must demonstrate all the features of our component, you will not need to provide voice over as this will be a separate task. Music in the background will be suitable for now. The video will probably be about 15 minutes long, you will need to include time to learn the product. If you completely this successfully there will be further opportunities for you as we need another two videos making. This is also a good opportunity for a new freelancer who can provide examples of previous work. You will need to zoom in on particular features and show mouseclicks. You will need to supply finished production files and the final video.
