Blend Audio with 2 Photos

I have 2 short audios and 2 photos. I need the 2 short audios combined with the 2 audios. The 1rst message on the first audio should be timed with the first photo. Then the 2nd message on the second audio should be timed with the second photo. Total time is approx 45 seconds or less.
