I have a video that is a .mov 367MB file. I want to use it as a fullscreen video background for a webpage. So, it needs to be compressed a lot to an appropriate size to run smoothly and load quickly on a webpage. The original file is 29 seconds. It could be cropped to just use the first 20 seconds and still be fine. The output files I need are .mp4 .webm and .ogv. I tried uploading the video on YouTube ([login to view URL]) but the quality was very poor (lots of pixelation on the dogs body midway through the video).

I am bidding just so I can explain to you that compressing the mentioned video for that purpose would reduce it's quality so much that full screen playback would just look like a smudge.
