Create a 5-mins Video using AE

Hello, Requirement: 1) 4-5 mins final output video using after effect. 2) around 100 photos 3) one background Arabic song. 4) Arabic lyrics of the song should be displayed on the screen and in sync with the bg song with nice effect. 5) The main effect for the photos and the lyrics is to react with the audio bass (e.g. Bass Shake effect) 6) All other graphics elements should be reacting to the bg music. 7) effects/animation/transitions all are up to the designer. 8) Arabic Speaker is preferable so it is easy to understand the lyrics and their position on the song timeline.. Perhaps it would be good if you could deliver a sample of a few seconds and if I'm satisfied, we will work on the whole project.
