I was with a local company that sells two way radios, pagers, and other systems. I would enter data into the software's to program the two way radios and pagers. Sometimes I would enter a large amount of data through the keyboard. I did technical support over the telephone and through e mails for the sales people who work for the company. I talked to a lot of people over the phone. I used a system called JD Edwards. I have an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology. I attended two community colleges. I took two History courses, two English courses, Algebra, Trigonometry, Analytic Geometry, Calculus I, Calculus II, and two Computer Science courses. I use Microsoft Word and Notepad. I have used Excel. I can enter data into a spreadsheet. I do a lot of internet searches.
