Data compiled for CFO reporting - excel & access

My company makes deliveries five days a week. We make deliveries using trucks on routes. We have about 10? routes a day making deliveries. I would like to get the raw route data put into a report format that I can present to our CFO. I am including a sample of what the data should look like: Spreadsheet - Route Analysis sheet Sort by Revenue The raw data: Spreadsheet - a_rt_analysis_100909_RAC sheet Normal ## Deliverables The final spreadsheet needs to be in .xls...not the newer version of Excel The deliverables will be two spreadsheets in one excel file: One with data for each week beginning on Monday for: (1) raw data I? labeled "normal" and (2) raw data I labeled "hotshots" The sample should detail the specific info I am looking for. In brief, I am looking for summary of: A) Total number of routes for the week B) Of A, the number of? routes over $6K C) Of A, the total number of routes below $6K and Below 18 "stops" You get extra credit for making a? cool graph? that will? WOW my CFO. Note: the challange of this project will be breaking the raw data down into? weekly summary form for the? deliverables.
