I need the following folders of tests to be taken from the Digital scans into usable interactive tests to be used on the computer. Some of the tests are timed. I would like there to be a start time function to allow the user to choose when they start and only be able to modify the data for as long as the time allows. I would also prefer if they cannot see the material until they have pressed the start button. Most of the tests have weighted answers with some answers being valued higher or lower than others. I would like the user's answers to be weighted as the documents accord. I have attached the scanned .jpegs and put them in .pub format to see which page goes with which answer key for which test.

Hello! From your project description I understand that you want to convert scanned images into some computer-readable format. I would suggest XML (which is a markup language) which would make it possible to define single/multiple choice questions and their answers, the allocated time per test or per question and each question's weight. For the presentation part I suggest either a web form or a standalone program. Each has its own advantages, depending on your hardware resources (single computer, network of computers, web server available, etc.). I would also recomend building a tool for creating new quizzes (the XML-files that the application will read and present to the user in the desired way). My programming language of choice would be Java should you choose either a web-based or a standalone solution. For web-based I could also use PHP which has easier to meet requirements. As for the deadline, it could be more or less than 2 days, maximum 4 depending on the complexity of the solution you choose.
