Blackjack card counting Software

I'm looking for someone to build an application that will count cards for blackjack. Required Features 1. Will calculate the odds of getting 21 with the current hand dealt. 2. Will use the high/low counting method and give the current count +5, -1, 0. 3. Must be capable of multiple decks 4. Must be capable of multiple hands 5. It Should tell the user what basic blackjack strategy dictates for their next move, hit, stand, double down, split, etc.. 6. It Should give the user the odds of getting 21 if they take a hit. For instance if the first two cards dealt are a 10 and a 2 which gives a total of 12. It should tell the user the odds of getting a card 9 and under for 21. 7. It should have an option to tell the user to increase their bets for progressive betting. 8. It should have the ability for the user to set a dollar amount limit. Basically when the user enters 100.00 once the software has determined the user has won 100.00 that it will prompt the user to quit or keep gambling. I have given this project to another coder who could not finish. So i have all the source code and form created already. This should help get the ball rolling I'm looking to get this right away, so if you have other projects that you are working on, and cannot fully dedicate yourself to this project please do not bid. ## Deliverables I will give the previous source code to the awarded coder.
