Convert from vb6 to vb.net

Hi, I need help to convert my vb.6 and sql 2005 project to vb.net & sql 2008. The old code is fully functional, and the new code has the interface 90% done. I will finish the interface design and send as updates, you can then just add as existing forms to your project. The code runs a lot of stored procedures. ## Deliverables Please see the attached file that contains all the data, as well as a more in depth description of what is needed in the Word document.
