C# or VB.NET Amazon (AWS) S3 Upload Program

Looking for a .NET based S3 Upload program. This program should be written using Visual Studio 2010. The program cannot use any third party controls. The program should show a simple progress bar as it is uploading the requested file. The credentials for S3 must be hardcoded in the executable, they cannot be placed in a configuration file. The program will take 1 parameter in the command line which is the file name (using the full path) that needs to be uploaded to S3. If a command line parameter is provided then the program will start uploading the file immediately otherwise the user will be presented with a textbox allowing them to select a file.
