We need to install our Cisco PBX to one more complex with some of the following requirements:
- Support 100 and can be extended to more users
- Support SPA 514, SPA 525 telephones
- If possible no limitations in Auto Attendant Menus
- Support VPN connection to other IVRs
- Support Recording
- Call Logging
- Reporting (Call duration, Waiting time in the Queue, Auto Attendant Selections, Amount of calls each agent receive)
- First Priority (Skip the queue to speak to available agent if someone dial on a particular fix line number. Welcome Message and then the call is transferred to an agent)
- Priority in the queue should be given when the Lost or Stolen card option is selected
- CRM integration (We are using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013. For example: user needs to enter the card number and date of birth. Also before the call is transferred to an agent he knows the client details who is calling.)

I`m a CCNP Voice certified engineer with vast experience on cisco voice product and custom integration with 3rd party sw. I would like to have more info for your current installation eg. CUCM - CUC - UCCx version? licensing? It is possible that you have to acquire more licenses before we move on..
