Cisco ASA 5505 QOS Issue

Hi, Can you please let me know if you can help with the below issue. I run an IT company in Parramatta and we manage roughly 50 clients. We do most of the Cisco stuff in house but we are not very familiar with Cisco ASA's. We have a client with 3 sites, 2 sites have a Cisco ASA 5505 and the third has a WatchGuard. Site A: Has a Cisco ASA 5505 and host a VOIP PBX System (3CX running off a Windows Server) Site B: Has a Cisco ASA 5505 and has VOIP handsets connect to the 3CX system to make calls Site C: Has a WatchGuard and has VOIP handsets connect to the 3CX system to make calls There is an IPSEC tunnel between Site A and B, but no tunnel between Site A and C. Site C was only recently added. The guys at Site C are complaining about bad call quality that people in Sites A & B dont seem to have. I ran some test on the internet at Site A and found that it had a jitter problem, especially when I was downloading large files. From the 5 speed test I ran, 2 had a jitter rate higher than 70ms. Sites A & B have a 5/5 connection and Site C has a 10/10 connection. I reviewed the configuration on the Cisco ASA at Site A, and I don't believe the QOS has been configured properly because the service policy is not applied to the outside interface. But I would like someone with experienced eyes to: 1. Review the config and confirm what QOS settings are currently active 2. Shape all web traffic so it can not exceed 2M/2M 3. Ensure VOIP traffic has the highest priority 4. Ensure VOIP traffic has a guaranteed speed of at least 2M/2M 5. Ensure all these rules applied to all relevant interfaces If you are happy to proceed, I can send you the current config and take it from there.
