ADWORDS PPC Campaign Manager for Campaigns on Google , Yahoo and MSN

We are an online shopping website. We generally cater to Non Resident Indian and Indian community and sell items of their interest like flowers, sweets, toys, electronics etc etc. We have more than 1000 Products. We are looking for an ADWORD Manager ( PPC manager) to manage our campaign in Google , yahoo and MSN. Following are our requirements. 1. The candidate will work for our campaign on “ Rakhi” ( Rakshabandhan ) from July 21st to August 15. Some example of key words can be rakhi gifts to India, rakhi , rakhi gifts, gift to India, gifts to India etc… 2. The campaign manager will daily look at the campaign ADS, Adjust daily budget on regular basis , Look at competitor’s positions and try to obtain best ROI of our budget. 3. We are looking for “ REAL HARD CORE PPC ( ADWORDS ) MANAGER”. Bidder must prove their experience and knowledge in PPC. I will require examples of your past record and references. I am not looking for someone who does a percentage of the advertising budget but a flat invoice for their work between 21st July to 15th August. 4. The managers also have our last year’s efforts/data available for review. 5. They also need to change/modify our existing ( adwords advertisement) 6. Any experience working with Indian Shopping sites and their adwords campaign is bonus. 7. Good Moral and ethical background.
