Client database creation through email extraction

We're in need of a client database for our product which is targeted at schools, institutions and individuals working with blind and visually impaired children (and possibly adults). Our main targets are schools and kindergartens teaching blind and visually impaired children, institutions and associations as well as charities and hospitals for blind kids, and lastly shops selling teaching aids for blind and visually impaired people (primarily children). What we need is a list of emails from people working in those schools etc. which we can contact with a pitch for our product. We only need contacts from English speaking countries so your main target areas would be the UK, US and Canada. If certain websites only provide general (non-personal) contact email that would be acceptable as well, but only in case that its truly impossible to find direct personal emails. The database can be delivered in an excel spreadsheet, and should look like the example we attached. Our goal is collecting all the possible contacts from this field in the UK, US and Canada since every collected email can be a potential sales prospect.
