Hi, I am an expert in python scripting and web scraping. I have already done this previously. You can check my profile. I have written in python using urllib2. For Play store no need of any proxies but we can get only top apps paid and free only as there is no way to get all apps. But for app store there is a way to get all apps but it needs proxies as app store will block ip's if there are more requests. I have both scripts i can give you sample data as well.
