BlueHost Hosting Account was hacked. Clean and Secure site.

My hosting account is constantly getting hacked every couple of months. I have a BlueHost account with about a dozen websites. When I go into Webmaster tools it says that I have "Severe health issues are found on your site." on 4 sites and 2 sites that say "Notice of Suspected Hacking". There were two site that I could not add to Webmaster Tools so I'm not sure of the status on those sites. I need somebody who will clean the hosting account and clean webmaster tools of the issues and do something to keep it secure for future hacks if that is in anyway possible. I know people will tell me to change my hosting account. But at this point I think I'm stuck in BlueHost and have no choice. Good luck bidding, NOTE: I don't know the price for something like this so please ignore the budget and make your honest bid and I will evaluate.
